What is ‘The $10k Give’?

The $10k Give has been created to enable people to help a cause of their choice whilst also helping improve their own life by starting a positive lifestyle that encourages fitness and healthy eating habits. Participants will not only be aiming to transform their body, but they will also transform their communities through raising funds for Charity over a 12-week period. With a $10,000 cash prize up for grabs, it’s a great opportunity to get fit, get behind the community and get rich quick.

Why should I participate?

As most of us can admit, motivating yourself to go to the gym or go for a run can sometimes be a real pain. The idea of the Challenge is that participants will be more motivated because of the possibility of winning a $10k prize and the chance to give back to the community. There will also be free group boot camp sessions in certain areas or watch them live on Facebook so that you can build a network of other participants that will help keep you focused to reach your goals.

Why do I need to submit Before and  After Videos?

You will need to submit 2 videos for the Challenge. At the start of the Challenge, we need a Before Video which shows your full body view of your front, side and back so that we can gauge your body condition at the beginning of the Challenge.

At the end, we will ask you to submit an 'After Video' showing your full body including front, side and back body so that we can gauge your body transformation. This will be used as part of the judging criteria, so it is critical that each participant does this to qualify to win prizes.
